Well, I’ve just received word that the one and only Michael Vick has landed in Chicago today. The rumor is that it has nothing to do with the Bears, but let’s be honest, if it did would they tell us? I’m willing to bet tomorrow’s lunch that they are at least in talks. And what would that mean? Nothing but an awesome season for the Bears! So, I bought Derek a real sweet set of tickets for his birthday…under one condition: don’t make me regret it. Actually, my dad does business with the representative of a major sponsor for the NHL Playoffs, and she knew I was having a baby but couldn’t attend the shower (due to the playoffs, duh). So, she gave me a pair of two front row seats for the final game of the series. Well, of course with a wife that’s 35 weeks pregnant, there was no way I could go. So, I gave them to Derek. However, the rule still applied, DON’T EMBARRASS ME! After all, these are my dad’s friends and my meal ticket when it comes to KILLER games. Not to mention, now that the Red Wings are battling my home town Chicago Black Hawks, I want a chance to score some tickets.
So what does this dickhole do? Look at the picture. This picture was flashed on every major news channel from here to Sarah Palin’s house. Thanks Derek, I’m not hanging out with you when you come to Chicago, ask Rob, I’ll do it. Everyone’s going to want to kill you. You’re worse to Chicago than Steve Bartman.
