Ok, so I just moved into this old farmhouse right off the Des Plaines River. I was digging around in the basement, because the people that use to live here had died a while back and had no one to take all their crap. There are tools and old farm equipment and all sorts of weird stuff. I found an old suitcase buried in the back, on a slab way off behind the stairs. It took me like an hour to get to it. When I finally did, I opened it up and I found this. I started looking through the case and there was some really weird stuff in there. There was a note that read, “Dearest Coraline, these should keep your little piggies warm. Love, Your Other Mother”.  If anyone has any idea what this is or what the heck it means, please shoot me an email at dane@danementzer.com.

Neil Gaiman’s horror novella, Coraline, will be brought to life in the form of an animated film when it hits theaters on February 6th, 2009. To promote the movie, 1000 pairs of a limited edition Nike Dunk High with a glow in the dark sole has been created and can be won from watching the film and finding the seceret password at the end.
